It uses Q because the local word has a q in it, so it's more appropriate; if the Spanish localization, on the other hand, tried to do the same (using mímica instead of mimic) it would be written with a "c", giving it a /si/ sound. Since it would also change the pronunciation, it was probably kept as the English name. | |||
