 Can someone add Prismatic Laser for Dusk Mane/Dawn Wings Necrozma? It can be learned by both forms and Photon Geyser, its other signature move, is included with them. I just don't know how to do it. +Pay Day is learned by Meowth, which evolves into Persian. This same logic is used for Pikachu and Raichu with Volt Tackle, so I don't understand why it doesn't apply to Persian too. I understand that since Gen 4 Persian doesn't itself learn Pay Day, but Pikachu and Raichu don't by themselves learn Volt Tackle either.
