:::Wait... so their forms come from when they light up in their move animation? Tee same way they light up in their standard Gen V sprite animation? That shouldn't even count as a form, it's just them powering up. It's like saying when Ash's Cyndaquil is able to light its flame, it's a new form. It's still a regular Cyndaquil.
