Memento (move): Difference between revisions

Memento causes the user to faint and in return lowers the {{stat|Attack}} and {{stat|Special Attack}} stat of the target by two stages each. The user will not faint if Memento fails, such as when blocked by {{m|Protect}} or {{m|Substitute}}, but will faint even if the target does not have its stats lowered, such as if the target has the Ability {{a|Clear Body}} or is protected by {{m|Mist}}.
