Is it considered to be form difference or something? Also,in dragonspiral tower's entrance,the rustling grass' data for unfezant's encounter rate shows 5% for its female in B/W,while in B2/W2 dragonspiral tower's outside area,it says unfezant male's encounter rate is 5%.
