In the effect description section it says "Has a 10% chance of causing the target Pokémon to flinch when using a move that deals damage and does not already have a chance to flinch" for Gen 5 and 6, does it mean that it won't stack with a move using the p*(1-p)*0.1 formula that already has a flinch chance?

:Yes. Basically, it grants a move the added effect to flinch, but if it already could flinch anyway it has no effect. Likewise, it also doesn't stack with Stench. The standard formula for the joint probability does not apply. --[[User:SnorlaxMonster|<span style="color:#A70000">'''Snorlax'''</span>]][[User talk:SnorlaxMonster|<span style="color:#0000A7">'''Monster'''</span>]] 13:16, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
