'''Muscle Band''' (Japanese: '''ちからのハチマキ''' ''Vigor Headband'') is a {{TCG|Pokémon Tool card}}. It is part of the {{TCG|XY}} expansion.

This card was included as part of the English {{TCG|XY}} expansion, first released in the Japanese {{TCG|Collection X}}. It was later released as an Unnumbered Holofoil {{TCG|XY-P Promotional cards|XY-P Promotional card}} to those who won four times in a row in the ''Victory Battle'' side event at the Battle Festa event held in December 2013. This print features the Battle Festa logo in the bottom right corner of the artwork. Two like-numbered XY-P Promotional prints were later released on January 31, 2014. The first was one of four possible promotional cards given to customers who purchased ¥1000 worth of Pokémon Card Game products at participating stores as part of the ''Lizardon Mega Battle Commemoration Campaign'', which launched in celebration of the release of the {{TCG|Xerneas Half Deck|Xerneas}} and {{TCG|Yveltal Half Deck}}s, and ultimately the start of the Lizardon Mega Battle in May 2014. This print features the campaign logo in the bottom right corner of the artwork. The second was packaged with copies of the Xerneas Half Deck Famitsu Navi Book and Yveltal Half Deck Famitsu Navi Book. This print does not feature any additional logo stamps.

In March 2015, starting on March 14, those who purchase the {{TCG|M Rayquaza-EX Mega Battle Deck}} at {{OBP|Pokémon Center|store}} stores will receive an {{TCG|XY-P Promotional cards|XY-P Promotional}} print of this card numbered 125/XY-P until supplies last.
