:::: We've had one hour specials before, so then BW047 and BW048 are not actual episodes in the 5th generation. All I know is that Ash, Serena, Clemont and Bonnie are in it, actually are going to participate in it, even if they are spectators, as well as another human character. Do not know why that somehow takes away from it being the episode, since even if you can argue its split in 4 different titles, those titles are related to each other, they have the same characters, and it adds up to being normal episode length. Honestly it would be no different than if any episode were to be split in acts or chapters.
