Are we sure that Braixen is actually a female? When {{TP|Clemont|Chespin}} fell in love with it, there was no clear cut way to know its gender unlike Meowstic in [[XY045]] as Meowstic's gender was already confirmed beforehand. Braixen could have been a male who crossdressed before Aria filmed her PokéVision promotional video. There were males who crossdressed into female clothing before, such as the group's Pokémon in ''[[BW098|Beauties Battling for Pride and Prestige!]]'' just to get in the Flower Garden Troupe's headquarters. Ash crossdressed in every series even though he has yet to do so in XY. Also, there was a [[BW054|big surprise]] that both {{AP|Oshawott}} and {{MTR}} received.
