According to the the IGN News on Youtube via this link [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dv_eqpY0TdQ&list=UUKy1dAqELo0zrOtPkf0eTMw] the following new characters have been confirmed through a leak; Bowser Jr., Dark Pit, and Duck Hunt (actually the dog from that game), while more returning characters are confirmed, Ganondorf, Falco, Mr. Game and Watch, Dr. Mario, Ness, R.O.B., Jigglypuff, and Wario.
