: She is shorter than Darach, i think she might be around Dawn\Barry\Lucas height. She also looks flat-chested. And maybe "14 years old" could easily mean they designed her 14 years before Platinum was released, in 1994. She propably was not even supposed to be in a Pokemon\Capsule Monsters game, but in Pulseman or some other franchise\game.
