::It was (apparently) originally listed as a form on the official Japanese website for the Mewtwo/Genesect movie. Personally, I subscribe to the theory that "form" was just the closest term they could come up with because they didn't want to prematurely reveal/spoil the existence of Mega Evolutions, or that somebody not privy to the Mega Evolution info was writing the promotional copy for the website. I don't think it's a big deal.
