I can't seem to figure this out. It says "To edit the CSS, a user should type in "User:username/monobook.css".", but it doesn't say where to type it. I have lots of experience with Wiki stuff but this one thing has puzzled me for a while. Can someone please tell me how to do it? Thanks.
