Demos for [[Pokémon X and Y]] and [[Pokémon Rumble U]] were playable at the event. While Pokémon Rumble U was already released at the time of this event, this was the first time demos for Pokémon X and Y were playable.


In the Pokémon X demo, the player is {{ga|Calem}} and uses rollerblades; in the Pokémon Y demo, the player is {{ga|Serena}} and runs. The player starts in an area with a a rideable {{p|Skiddo}}, a fountain, [[tall grass]], and the opposite-gendered player character. In the tall grass, {{pkmn2|wild}} {{p|Pikachu}} and {{p|Exeggutor}} can be found. The other player character will challenge the player to a battle upon interacting with him or her, and use {{p|Fennekin}}. Later in this demo, players are given a {{p|Mewtwo}} holding its [[Mega Stone]] by [[Professor Sycamore]], who then challenged them to a battle with his {{p|Crobat}}, {{p|Dragonite}}, and {{p|Chandelure}}.
