Unused text strings referring to [[Badge]]s and titles exist in the Japanese versions but were not translated for the localizations. The katakana used for the {{wp|gairaigo}} of "badge" is also slightly different, being バッヂ instead of バッジ.<ref name="TCRF" /> These names appear appear in the internal item list of the Japanese versions on offsets '''<code>0x4A92-0x4B08</code>''', which would suggest that they are [[item]]s; however, they do not have valid effects if they are forcedly used as items. The most likely scenario is that these names originally belonged to different multiple lists.
