:::::Even if we had an <nowiki>{{os}}</nowiki> template, having an article titled "Mewtwo (OS)" is completely unexplanatory to anyone who doesn't edit Bulbapedia. Disambiguating parentheticals do no good if they don't reduce ambiguity, and arbitrary abbreviations that nobody uses except in one specific occasion don't reduce ambiguity. (Yes, the first paragraph disambiguates, but the parenthetical is meant to be there so someone ''doesn't'' have to click the link to find out what it's talking about.) On a secondary note, I actually doubt the necessity of those shortened link templates at all. We don't have shortened link templates for other characters with weird disambiguating parentheticals, such as [[Harrison (Whirl Cup)|Harrison]] ( <nowiki>[[Harrison (Whirl Cup)|Harrison]]</nowiki> ). I know "other stuff exists" isn't a valid point to make, but there doesn't seem to be any precedent I can see for creating link templates that only apply to a single thing.
