+:I would imagine it refers to the Mew which confronted and fought Mewtwo in M1. It's probably called 'Bubbly Mew' because it was seen sleeping within a bubble before it woke up, popped it and headed off to find Mewtwo, as well as that it saves Ash from hitting a wall by creating a giant bubble before making one of its own and playing with it. It's likely it was coined to try and differentiate between the multiple Mews which have appeared in the anime and movies.
