:::As for Vanilluxe, I don't recall Iris saying that she's female, and even if she did, it's most likely an assumption since Iris wouldn't know herself (like Pansage and Krokorok). But Vanilluxe was clearly in love with Axew, and Oshawott fell in love with her. It wouldn't make any sense if Vanilluxe was also male (for obvious reasons).
