:According to the customer support pages, however, if you do restart your game for some reason and need to have your Dream World account reset (for example, if someone lost their game and replaced with a new copy, or gave it away, or so on), it's possible to contact pokemon.com support to have this done.  However, you'll lose everything you previous had in the old account.  The info I found on it is [http://support.pokemon.com/ics/support/KBAnswer.asp?questionID=334 here].  --[[User:ACDragonMaster|ACDragonMaster]] 23:50, 16 March 2012 (UTC)
