I am not ''repeatedly'' linking it to the move errors. It's just a note. If you scroll over it, it doesn't link it to anything. The link to the anime move error page has been gotten rid of. Now, 'cannot normally learn' says that the Riolu species cannot normally learn Aura Sphere. However, ''that'' Riolu is special because it can. The event Riolu comes from the Fiore region and is transferred to the Sinnoh region by a Pokemon Ranger game. However, that Riolu spent its whole life in the Sinnoh region. It itself is not an event Pokemon. It is just a Pokemon that knows a special attack. Like a shiny Pokemon, in a sense. It isn't an event Pokemon in the anime, it's just a special one.
