::::::::::: I, honestly, oppose the deletion. While his significance to the plot might be nil, we've also got to think about the flow of the site. Many users, myself included, hate going to a city's page, to find the "Areas of interest" to have no pages. It also demolishes their characters. If Nintendo and GameFreak thought he was insignificant, they'd have removed the sign infront of the house. There are plenty of TM givers who do have names but don't have signs, because they're unimportant. This guy is. Keep it. Unless you mean that all Tm givers must have names, but we just don't know them. And why would Game Freak remove the sign? They don't remove things like that.
