:It [http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/w/index.php?title=Watchog_%28Pok%C3%A9mon%29&diff=next&oldid=1396709 used to say] 1 Attack EV on this page. In addition, every other fansite lists it as 1 Attack EV.
