It is where the protagonists of the [[Generation V]] games {{game|Black and White|s}} start their journeys. It is also the hometown of the {{player}} and their friends {{ga|Bianca}} and [[Cheren]].

The player's house lies in the middle of Nuvema Town and is where the player lives before beginning their journey. The [[Mom|player's mother]] lives here. The player, {{ga|Bianca}}, and [[Cheren]] get their [[starter Pokémon]] from [[Professor Juniper]] here at the start of their journeys. There are two stories in the house, the first being a living room and kitchen area, while upstairs on the second story is the [[Bedroom|player's bedroom]]. It contains a [[Wii]] controlled with a Wii Remote, connected to a television, and a [[PC]].

{{ga|Bianca}} and [[Cheren]]'s houses are located at the bottom of Nuvema Town. Bianca's house is home to her mother and father. When the player first visits her house, her father is shouting at her for going on her journey but she goes on her journey anyway.

[[Professor Juniper]]'s lab lies in the northwest of Nuvema Town; when the player first starts their journey {{ga|Bianca}} and [[Cheren]] are waiting for the player outside. When the trio go inside Professor Juniper is waiting for them. She lets the player [[nickname]] their Pokémon before giving the player a [[Pokédex]].

The population of Nuvema Town is 10 (excluding the {{player}}, {{ga|Bianca}} and [[Cheren]]).

Nuvema Town made its appearance in [[BW001]]. Part of it is shown to have a harbor and airport tower with an airport. [[Professor Juniper]]'s lab is located here with a variety of Pokémon living there. Nuvema Town also has houses and shops.

{{Ash}}, {{Delia}} and [[Professor Oak]] arrived by airplane, and were greeted by [[Professor Juniper]]. Soon afterwards, Ash left Nuvema Town to begin his journey in Unova.

Nuvema Town is [[Trip]]'s hometown.

Nuvema Town appeared in the first chapter of Pokémon Adventures where {{adv|Black}} receives the gift holding the Pokémon {{p|Snivy}}, {{p|Tepig}}, and {{p|Oshawott}}.
