I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but Bulbapedia has a {{bp|usertag policy}}, which states that all new usertags should be created in the userspace, where they must be aproved before moving into the template namespace. I can tell that your intentions were good, and that this usertag is a potentially useful one, but please remember this in the future.
