:It is annoying for those looking at the recent changes to constantly see edits to the same page. Also, editing too much causes problems with the site, making it slow down, and sometimes, even make the servers blow up for days, and we won't have the site at all. You had your chance to have those privileges. You blew it. Going five times over any limit is a horrible thing to do. So, as your punishment, you don't get to do it at all, until you prove to us that you can handle having the privileges, and use (not abuse) them in moderation.
