In the Floccesy Ranch Hidden Grotto, a {{p|Herdier}} may be obtained (with its Hidden Ability) as low as Level 10 up to Level 15.  Ordinarily, Herdier does not evolve from Lillipup until Level 16.
In the Castelia Sewers in the Spring and Summer, there's a chance the player can encounter a {{p|Muk}} while surfing in [[Phenomenon|rippling water]] with a level range of 5 to 20, though Grimer doesn't evolve until level 38.
