Shinomiya Yoshitoshi

Shinomiya Yoshitoshi (Japanese: 義俊四宮 Yoshitoshi Shinomiya, born 1980 in Kanagawa) is a Japanese artist. He is best known for being the background artist in The Garden of Words and Your Name. Pokémon-wise, he recently made official visuals for Pokémon movies I Choose You!, The Power of Us, and Secrets of the Jungle.
