Attach this card to 1 of your Pokémon that has Pryce in its name. That Pokémon may use this card's attack instead of its own. At the end of your turn, discard Pryce's Technical Machine 02.

Origin

The TM cards featured in this expansion are based upon the system in which players are rewarded a Gym Leader's favored TM upon defeating them. In the Pokémon games, Pryce gives out TM16 (Icy Wind) in Generation II, and TM07 (Hail) in Generation IV. Freeze-Dry is a move later introduced in the Generation VI Pokémon games.
