Pani Kobayashi

Pani Kobayashi (Japanese: 小林ぱに Kobayashi Pani), born in Hakodate, is a freelance illustrator and painter who began providing artwork for the Pokémon Trading Card Game in 2019, beginning with the Cottonee card released in the Cosmic Eclipse expansion.
