She lives on the northern, foggy stretch of {{rt|210|Sinnoh}} in the first three games while she lives in [[Blackthorn City]] in the latter two.  

Previously, she lived in a famous city of {{tc|Dragon Tamer}}s until she moved to [[Sinnoh]], and due to this, she is able to teach the move {{m|Draco Meteor}} to the player's {{type|Dragon}} Pokémon if its [[friendship]] is maxed out.

Her only appearance was in ''[[DP156|A Meteoric Rise to Excellence!]]''. {{Ash}} and {{ashfr}} met up with her on witnessing her teach an {{p|Altaria}} the attack {{m|Draco Meteor}}. She explained that {{pkmn|Trainer}}s leave their Pokémon with her so that she can teach them Draco Meteor, and Altaria is one of the Pokémon she is training.

Later, a wild Gible that Wilma knew showed up and she explained that it shows up frequently. Ash and his friends helped her rescue Altaria from [[Team Rocket trio|Team Rocket]] and she later showed them the way to [[Daybreak Town]].
