According to my preferences page here on Bulbapedia I'm already autoconfirmed, but my preferences page on the archives says that I'm not. Because of that, it's not letting me upload images. Does this mean that I'd need to make contributions separately on the archives to get permission to upload images? If so, I'm also confused on how I would contribute there, as much of the archives' to-do list page says to upload images, which I can't do because I'm not autoconfirmed there.
