At present, the [[Level#Underleveled Pokémon|current section]] is a few short paragraphs that only mention a few examples of Pokémon in the wild and in battles with Trainers that are not yet to the proper level to evolve. :My initial thought was that it might be too common to be worth noting, but I don't have the time to look into it properly it while I'm focusing on templates for XY. I don't want to make a decision on it yet because of that.
