If that doesn't exist, anytime that specific move appeared in the TCG is then used. Lastly, other than that, we translate it ourselves. Now, every rule has an exception, and this rule's exception is when Confusion causes paralysis (otherwise known as Psyshock) This has been decided as the most correct way.
