Vandal filter

Thanks. This does help. It's been a while since I've been a new user. I've been on FANDOM for a year now. I hate being a new user, as I cannot edit my own user page. Using a different way to upload my image...

Images are upload at the Bulbagarden Archives, so you have to create an account there. To be able to upload images there, and to an extent create a userpage (for both archives and wiki), you have to be autoconfirmed. Meaning you have to have been a user for some time and make a specific number of mainspace edits.--Force Fire 15:54, 22 August 2020 (UTC)
