+::Oh. So it is not known if these Pokémon were caught in the bases they are in or came from their pre-evolution. An example would be Gary's Electivire where it was introduced as an Electivire and was not explained if he caught an Elekid or Electabuzz first and then evolved it to the final stage (which was actually explained for Paul's without the item mentioned for evolution).
