You just need to include the template, ''without'' use of subst: and it will change the title of your user page to be "User:sumwun" as if your username was entirely in lower case. If you want to further modify the title of the page, I must decline helping you on that. There is absolutely no need for further code-based modification of a page title. As for your signature, you need to use the code: "<nowiki>[[User:sumwun|sumwun]]</nowiki>" rather than the code you're using. I have received notice that my username violates the impersonation section of the policy. I am surprised, as this has never happened before, and I use this username on every website. However, if my username has to be changed, would Kurtbusch22 work? If not, try Kurt22. If that's taken, SmallBall12 is the next alternative. I'm not really trying to impersonate someone (I never act like I'm the real Kurt Busch), but if it's against the written policy, you can change it.
