What are the rules for trivia? It seems all over the place and I get the feeling speculation isn't allowed, but some pages have it in their trivia while others don't. And do administrators here answer to non-admin users? Just so I don't have to deal with asking questions on talk pages and never getting an answer, or making edits and then having them undone without an explanation, I'm posing this [possibly futile] question.
