::::I'm with Unowninator here too...  it absolutely is saying they all share something. The word "only" indicates that it is, in fact, a "uniqueness" trivia. The format and structure is basically the same between the two examples. Definitely a double standard here.
::::I agree that the not unique=not notable rule is a very silly rule.
