Since we know that rest of the Pokemon will be available in SwSh, shouldn't Bulbapedia already use new mini sprites of old Pokemon?--Rocket Grunt (Report To Me) 17:34, 15 January 2020 (UTC)

:The immediate problem, as it has been since Let's Go Pikachu! and Eevee!, with this is that new sprites for all the Pokémon have not been released. If HOME has updated/resized sprites for the remaining Pokémon, great, but until then, we are waiting for its release.
:The second problem is the size. The SwSh MSs we do use are not only squared, but halved in size and centered to fit in our templates, and even then, it has taken a lot of doing and coding to make them look right. Applying these 68x68 sprites to every template that uses them will require a lot of adjustment on our end. - Chosen (Talk) 18:00, 15 January 2020 (UTC)
