This card was included in the {{TCG|Crimson Invasion}} expansion, first released in the Japanese {{TCG|Awakened Heroes}} expansion. A Non Holo variant was included in the {{TCG|Clanging Thunder}} {{TCG|Theme Deck}}. A {{TCG|SM-P Promotional cards|SM-P Promotional}} print was available as part of the ''Sparkling Silvally GET Campaign'', which began on September 15, 2017. For every five booster packs purchased in one transaction at participating stores, customers would receive a special pack containing 1 of 13 possible cards, 9 of which comprised standard Sun & Moon Era prints of the basic {{TCG|Energy card}}s. In Japan, a Non Holofoil reprint was later available in the {{TCG|Solgaleo-GX & Lunala-GX Legendary Starter Set}}, and in the Water Lapras-GX Deck of the {{TCG|GX Starter Decks}}.
