I realized that several of these Pokemon can indeed be encountered without a cheating device.  I did a quick test and apparently if I make my name nothing but "PK" I have a good chance of running into Blue while surfing on the coast, and he sends out "8" which index number C9.  If you used the Mew trick with that number you would encounter a Bug Catcher instead. Perhaps you should change the rule to "be able to catch in R/B", because this loophole qualifies 90% of the glitch Pokemon to be added since you technically can encounter them.  [[User:Koolboyman|Koolboyman]] 11:22, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
