Shadow Blast wasn't in Colosseum, just Shadow Rush. I agree though; it does seem to be Physical. Even with Chansey having high Special Defense and HP, A: It's Special Defense isn't as high as Blissey's so it probably wouldn't be able to take Special hits as easily as Blissey could, and B: Shadow Blast, like every other Shadow Move in XD, is always Super-Effective. I'd use PsyPoke's calculator for the damage total but I don't know exactly what you mean by a lot of damage on Chansey. Like 75% or so?
