==Merge with Sea Cottage and Bill's Lighthouse?==

Cerulean Cape and Sea Cottage are both stub articles.  Bill's Lighthouse, while not a stub, is still quite short.  All three deal with essentially the same material, though Bill's Lighthouse is only in the Anime, while the Sea Cottage is in the games and other canon.  I think the three articles should be merge to flesh out one larger, better article that deals with Cerulean Cape and it's landmark of the Sea Cottage/Lighthouse as a whole rather than split into three small articles. ::I just confirmed Marill in HG.  Oddish was first for me as well, followed by either Jigglypuff and Growlithe, and then the other. I have added a section regarding the Bill's Secret Garden rumour. This is one of the most infamous rumours in Pokémon history, on par with [[the truck]] and [[Mewthree]], and I believe this should remain in the article.
