Dudes and dames you lack things: there are version-exclusive pokemon in there, but if you get a wonder mail code(s) involving them in the version which doesn't contain them, they appear in their respective areas from then on. | |||
Version-exclusive items cannot be transferred, but i think it's possible you get a wonder mail which rewards with them in the other version. | |||
Also, the title screen is different, Treeshroud's in Time, some volcano altar which isn't involved in the story at all in Darkness. | |||
Everything else will stay the same. (sniff, I wish i could hire a rotom v_v) | |||
