I was using action replay on my diamond to catch a palkia. The palkia had used heal block on my infernape. After attempting to use heal block a second time, instead of saying ``palkia used heal block but it failed`` it said ``Palkia's heal block failed to affect infernape``. I just wanted to know if this is normal. | |||
