::::::His appearances in the Johto-based games are simply because he has always lived in Saffron City, and his FRLG appearance is because it is a remake. He is no more notable than the random named Trainers that you battle. Mr. Game and Webster really don't need articles either, but even they are more notable than Mr. Psychic. We were at one point considering putting all the unnotable DJs on [[User:SnorlaxMonster/Sandbox/DJ|one page]]. Dude is a capture tutor, making him notable.
