==Trivia evolution==
Are we absolutely sure about the trivia that this exolution wouldve been impossible on any other games? There was a game called kirby tilt and tumble for the gameboy color that could tell when you were holding the game upside down. So it's conceivable that the technology for an evolution from holding the game upside down could've existed in Gen 2 if not earlier. It's fine to fine to say its unique, but make sure you know for certain before saying something is impossible

I know it is likely that the "mal" in Malamar's name comes from latin meaning bad, but what if "mala" comes from malacology (study of molluscs)? [[User:ShadowLugiaEx|ShadowLugiaEx]] ([[User talk:ShadowLugiaEx|talk]]) 19:43, 20 December 2013 (UTC)

:According to Wikipedia, {{wp|Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble}} was only able to do that because it had accelerometers specially built into the cartridge. Since no old Pokémon games had those accelerometers built into their cartridges, Inkay still would have technically been unable to evolve in previous games as far as they actually existed. However, the fact that the technology was ''possible'' is probably worth expanding the trivia point to include.
