I’ve been looking around a bit, and I've noticed this site is really inconsistent as to what counts as an actual Pokémon debut, primarily when it comes to physical appearance versus non-physical, fake, or fantasy appearances. For instance: Mew's main anime debut is considered to be Alola, Kanto!. While it previously appeared in A Lean Mean Team Rocket Machine!, we're apparently not counting that appearance because it was in a fantasy. Meanwhile, the English dub debut of Dratini is considered to be Ditto's Mysterious Mansion rather than Beauty is Skin Deep, despite the fact the former was, again, in a fantasy.
