I am pretty sure Gary's starter isn't revealed in the Samuari episode. Well, Ash just asks if he has bet Gary. And in the flashback Gary could have any of the three starters. So it isn't actually revealed. TheBlazikenMaster 14:20, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
- All Samuari said was that he was defeated by the three trainers of Pallet Town, showing scenes of Bulbasaur/Charmander/Squirtle with their trainers not in sight. Ash and the fandom didn't know which one belonged to Gary until the Silver Conference.
