"Bara" (Japanese) refers to roses. "Bryony" (English) is the common name of the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bryonia ''Bryonia''] genus. "Brasénie" refers to the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brasenia Brasenia] genus, or the water-shield. (While this does not reference a nymph like Celosia and Aliana's French names, the ''Brasenia'' genus is part of the order [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nymphaeales ''Nymphaeales''].) "Begonia" (Spanish and German) refers to the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Begonia ''Begonia''] genus. "Bromelia" (Italian) refers to the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bromelia Bromelia] genus.
